Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  • Quotations are subject to availability.

  • Prices may change based on supplier, venue, travel, accommodation, taxation, government charges, currency fluctuations, or changes in event requirements.

  • A quotation does not constitute a confirmed booking.

  • Services are confirmed only after the required approvals, payments, deposits, and documentation have been completed.

A revised quotation may be required where the client changes the event scope, guest count, venue, destination, dates, specifications, or other requirements.

6. Booking and Confirmation

A booking becomes confirmed only after the applicable requirements specified in the proposal or service agreement have been fulfilled.

These may include:

  • Written approval of the proposal

  • Payment of the required advance or deposit

  • Signing of a service agreement or booking confirmation

  • Confirmation of the required vendors or venues

Celebration Events may decline or delay confirmation of a booking until the required conditions have been satisfied.

7. Payments

Payment terms will be communicated to the client in the applicable proposal, quotation, invoice, or service agreement.

The client agrees to make payments by the stated deadlines.

Failure to make a required payment on time may result in:

  • Suspension of services

  • Cancellation or release of provisional bookings

  • Additional charges imposed by suppliers

  • Changes to the agreed event arrangements

Any applicable taxes, government charges, banking charges, transaction fees, travel costs, venue charges, supplier charges, or other third-party costs may be payable in addition to our professional fees unless expressly included in the agreed pricing.

8. Third-Party Vendors and Service Providers

Celebration Events may work with venues, hotels, caterers, decorators, photographers, cinematographers, entertainers, transportation companies, travel providers, makeup artists, choreographers, designers, and other third-party suppliers.

Where third-party services are arranged or coordinated on behalf of a client:

  • Availability is subject to the relevant provider.

  • Third-party terms and conditions may apply.

  • Pricing and availability may change.

  • The third-party provider may impose its own cancellation, refund, rescheduling, or liability policies.

  • Celebration Events is not responsible for circumstances outside our reasonable control caused by an independent third-party provider.

Where appropriate, we will assist the client in communicating with and coordinating such providers.

Additional charges may apply where third-party providers charge rescheduling or cancellation fees.
